Please keep in mind that sublimation does not print white. Anywhere your design has the color white, it will show through to the color of the substrate you are pressing on.

Sublimated Prints will print on sublimation paper. The print will be in reverse and lightly faded until pressed. Sublimation is heat activated.

Heat Press ONLY. Household iron will not work.

Sublimation transfers do not work on 100% cotton or dark colored substrates, please be sure you are using the correct medium/ temperature and equipment. We are not responsible for defects related to the sublimation process/equipment.

Some pictures get really distorted when sent via screenshot or enlarging. If it looks distorted or blurry on your end. If will be blurry and distorted when printed.

COLOR QUALITY: Colors display differently from different monitor screens. The colors on screen may be slightly different from what is printed.

All purchases are FINAL after they have been PRINTED. If an item arrives damaged the buyer must notify us within 24 hours of arrival. Pictures of damages must be provided.
Buyers will have the option of getting a replacement of the damaged items only. We value your satisfaction and will work hard to make things right.
