Production Turnaround Time & Shipping 

All ready to ship orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Custom orders are processed and packaged within 4 weeks of the order date. Once shipped, we are no longer responsible for the shipping time frame. Products may be shipped USPS. If you have any questions please reach out.

Return Policy 

Due to the products that we offer, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your items(s) arrive with defects, please contact us within 3 days and provide a picture of the item and the defect.  We will provide a return label to customers. The customer can choose store gift card or refund in original form of payment. For returns or issues with your order please contact me directly at nemascreations315@gmail.com and include your order number. 

Order Cancellation 

An order can be canceled up to 24 hrs. once order is placed. No refunds are issued for custom designed services.
